Beauty and Health Tips

The beauty and health advice start from diet.

Tip 1. Always add fresh fruits and boiled vegetables to your diet. Avoid eating less fried fruits and limit meat intake. Eat in limitation.

Tip 2. Exercise everyday as per your age. Daily Yoga is a good way to exercise. Do not lead a sedentary life as it could lead to weak musculature and bone structure. Keep moving.

Tip 3. Too much sunlight as it may damage your skin and even cause cancer. The need to tan your body should be curtailed especially among the sun bathers. Apply protective skin cream before you take to the sun.      

Tip 4. In winters apply natural oil and massage your whole body before taking a bath.

Tip 5. Reduce stress by engaging in some good entertainment or by reading after work.Watch comedy shows more in TV than thrillers. Move yourself away from things or events that cause a stressful situation. Always sleep early.     

Tip 6. Stay away from indulgence like over eating, smoking and drinking in excess.

Tip 7. Have a healthy sex life within marriage. Sexual affairs and adventures are major cause of early aging as the body and mind are constantly subjected to stress and tensions. Unprotected sex with a stranger can cause disease.     

Tip 8. Eat or consume foods rich in anti oxidants like green tea, red beans, wild blue berries, cranberries and  black berries. The list is long. Eat foods that contain vital minerals in right form example selenium is found in fish and garlic. 

Tip 9. Keep a smile on your face it makes you feel healthy and bouncy. This is vital for maintaining you beauty. Depression and stress are beauty killers.

Tip 10. Always go for a regular check up for timely detection of disease like high blood pressure or life style disease like diabetes.
